Business Ethics
Although many of us believe that business ethics is integral to doing business, integrating an effective ethical culture is crucial in today’s business practices. This course provides participants with the opportunity to identify ethical and non ethical behaviors, learn what business ethics involves and  best practice in developing business ethic codes.  They will also learn the difference between the codes of ethics and conduct as well as the principles and role that corporate governance, workplace practices and social impacts have on business ethics. Lastly, participants will learn the process of reporting and managing "whistle blowing."

Business Problem Solving
There's one certainty in business—business owners and managers will encounter challenges that require problem-solving skills.  When problems arise in an organization, they need to be dealt with immediately–followed by a successful solution. In this course, participants learn problem solving basics, the fundamentals of problem solving and the how to's in identifying the root of a problem.  They will also learn the components of ineffective and effective solutions, overcoming barriers to problem solving and negotiating problems from the root creating successful solutions. Lastly, participants will learn various qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques for successful business problem solving.

Risk Management
Whether you are in the private or public sector, managing business risk is imperative. Ineffective risk management controls can have a significant impact on your company’s reputation and bottom line. 
Participants in this course will learn about the internal and external risk management considerations.  They will also learn how to develop and implement systems for keeping risks under control.


Change Management 
In the course of a company’s growth and success changes are inevitable.  However, organizational change can bring various challenges and obstacles including employees' fear, uncertainty and resistance which can lead to lower productivity and poor quality of the services and goods provided. In this class participants will learn the fundamentals and process of change management.  They will also learn to identify the obstacles to change and how to successfully manage and support others during the change process.  When employing significant change in a company, it is imperative to have the buy- in of managers and employees as your company transitions to a fresh beginning filled with new opportunities.


Managing Performance

Managing an employee performance encompasses setting goals, clear expectations and providing frequent feedback. The performance appraisal can be stressful for both employees and managers.  In this course participants will get the nuts and bolts of conducting and documenting a performance review. They will also learn how to address communicating performance problems, resolve conflicts and provide positive, constructive feedback during an employee appraisal.  Lastly, they will gain an understanding of the laws governing the appraisal process–reducing the risk of potential litigation.

Project Management 
As today’s businesses focuses on increasing productivity, managing risks and reducing cost, project  management becomes essential.  In
this course, participants will learn how to identify the key elements (human resources, goals and objective, activities and inherit constraints) for project management.  They will also learn how to plan for and accommodate project changes, measure project performance utilizing
project performance reports. Lastly, participants will learn the how to’s of project control, scheduling, budget and closing a project.

Strategic Decision Making
In life, we sometimes make decisions fast, without enough time to systematically go through the process is something that we all do. However, strategic decision making is an absolute must in today’s business.   In this course, participants will learn various decision making techniques and strategies, gather information and how to properly identify the purpose of their decision.  They will also learn to identify the components of options, and evaluate the outcomes of decisions BEFORE implementation.
