Participants in this class will learn to identify the stages of stress and the stress causing "hot buttons."   They will also learn about the various stress management techniques of stress reduction.  Managing stress has a positive impact on work performance, personal relationships and  leads to a better sense of self.


Workplace Wellness
In today's fast paced world, everyone is in "grab and go" mode.  As schools are re-vamping their meal programs and recreational activities, savvy companies are sitting up straight and taking a lesson.  Poor nutrition and lack of physical activity in the workplace can have an impact on poor morale, productivity and a company's bottom line. In this class, participants will learn strategies how to plan, promote and implement a company-wide campaign for employee wellness.
